The collection  is infused with Black Cumin Seed Oil, Ho Wood Leaf, Melaleuca Leaf, Litsea Berry, Eucalyptus Leaf, Geranium Plant essential oils and other essential oils (there are a lot more essential oils in the collection).

"I want to share some things I have learned about acne and how to support healthy skin. I had severe acne as a young child and into my teens. I was on antibiotics for my acne from the age of about 10 until 17. I'm sure you can imagine the trauma that caused to my gut! I bring up the gut because my research strongly correlates the health of the gut with the health of the skin. The following are my suggestions to those dealing with acne based on what I have learned.

1. Focus on oils that help topically. The HD Clear Skin Collection has a cleanser, lotion, and oil that are wonderful. One of my sons saw huge improvements to his acne using these three products as directed. Frankincense is great to help with scars. Melaleuca helps to dry up blemishes. One of my daughters rotates geranium, the purifying blend, and melaleuca on her face. I use coconut oil as my cleanser and moisturizer and then dab frankincense on any blemishes. (Google how to wash with coconut oil.)

2. Focus on the gut. One of my daughters takes a TerraZyme capsule with her meals, sometimes two if the meal has wheat in it. (Wheat is a trigger for many people. I don't know if i's the gluten or the nasty chemicals that are sprayed on the wheat.) PB Assist is another great supplement for gut health. Frankincense and DigestZen are very supportive to the lining of the gut as well. Those can be taken in a capsule once a day or in some water. Adding coconut oil to the diet is also helpful.

I have also noticed a huge correlation between sugar and acne. Sugar feeds the candida and other pathogens that are usually out of control in the gut of someone with acne. GX Assist is a good one to kill those nasties, but reducing the sugar WAY back in the diet is so helpful. That seems to be a key for helping acne in my experience".
