I do my best to make my customers happy and satisfied, and I will always try to resolve the issue in a friendly and best possible way. 

   Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if    

 *you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection-design or material                 
 *you simply no longer want the goods or service   
 * you agreed to pay the nominated amount and then changed your mind
 * you found the same item or service at a cheaper price elsewhere
 * you chose the wrong size, colour, fabric  or type of service      
 * you knew about the particular fault before buying it
 * you are responsible for causing a fault or damage after purchase
 * you insisted on the service being done despite the warnings that it may not meet your needs
 *took action that voided or damaged the outcomes provided by the service
 * you used the product before/on /after the day of the occasion it was made for (custom made garments for special occasions)
 *non-refundable items are books, prints and stationary
 *all online courses are non-refundable
 *I only refund items that are defective, I always do my best to  supply customers with only high quality products
