Queen Catherine of Aragon - Snake Skin in Natural Snake Skin
There are so many layers to this very strong Queen who was born into Spanish Royalty. That’s why I designed the leathers to layer this very regal bootie. The overlapping leather layers on this shoe represent the strength of the Queen, the depth of her soul, the pain she experienced with each miscarriage she had, the love she had for her one surviving daughter Mary, and the strength and dignity she had to maintain when the King created his own Church so he could divorce and remarry another younger woman. Queen Catherine had a very difficult life.
